Switch to hot desking

SNCF Voyageurs, leader in mobility in France, has recently undertaken a major transition to support the move of its main site with a transition to hot desking in September 2024. With a Flex rate of 50%, this project aimed to optimize workspaces while meeting the needs of teams and managers.
To succeed in this transformation, TGV-SNCF Voyageurs, has chosen to implement the m-work solution in order to Facilitate the organization of visits to the office and promote the use by teams of all formal and informal spaces made available in the new headquarters.
SNCF Voyageurs is a key player in mobility in France, providing millions of trips across the country every day. With a mission focused on innovation and customer service, it is committed to modernizing its infrastructures and working methods.
This strategic positioning allows SNCF Voyageurs to effectively support changes in transport and the needs of its employees.
With a move to a new site, SNCF Voyageurs adopted a flex-office model with a flex rate by 50%. The objective of this strategic choice was to optimize spaces while adapting to hybrid work.
However, this transformation raised several organizational challenges:
To meet the challenges of moving to hot desking and moving to a new workspace, TGV- SNCF Voyageurs has chosen m-work as a central solution to support this transformation.
m-work made it possible to provide concrete answers to the problems identified:
“m-work was a key tool to support the transition and the move. It reassured employees by offering them a simple and effective solution to reserve their place and find their bearings in this new environment. m-work has established itself as a daily tool.”
Lydie Dubernais, Employee Experience Manager, TGV Ambassador for the HAMO project
Thus, m-work has not only facilitated the operational management of the flex-office, but it has also contributed to strengthening collaboration and optimizing spaces, promoting the hybrid organization at TGV-SNCF Voyageurs.
